With the consent, finally heard. 3. Challenge mounted in this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to an Order-in-Original No.16 of 2024, dated 19.03.2024. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier running ginning mill. The petitioner intended to close down the said industry and accordingly preferred an application for cancellation of registration in prescribed form.
