Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was served with a show-cause notice on 10.10.2023. The petitioner promptly filed its reply on 17.10.2023. The impugned order dated 09.05.2024 is passed which is subject matter of challenge in this writ petition. 4.
