This petition challenges the appellate order dated 19.07.2024 whereby, the appeal of the petitioner was dismissed, mainly, on the ground that against the assessment order dated 30.06.2022, the petitioner preferred online appeal on 01.10.2022 without filing certified copy of assessment order in physical form, whereas, downloaded copy of assessment order was filed along with the appeal memo. The petitioner could file the physical certified copy only on 22.03.2024.
