ORDER: HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE UJJAL BHUYAN Heard Mr. Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Venkateswar Rao, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. By filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has assailed legality and validity of the order dated 01.07.2023 passed by respondent No.1 cancelling the goods and services tax (GST) registration of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to the show cause notice dated 26.06.2023 which, according to him, is extremely vague. 4. Be that as it may, as per the show cause notice, petitioner was directed to appear before respondent No.1 on 06.07.2023 at 11:30 am. On the date of issuance of the show cause notice, GST registration of the petitioner was suspended. However, even before 06.07.2023, respondent No.1 passed the impugned order on 01.07.2023 cancelling the GST registration of the petitioner. 5. Though lea....
