ORDER: (PER THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE UJJAL BHUYAN) Heard Mr. S.Ravi, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dominic Fernandes, learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 4. 2. This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the legality and validity of the notices dated 14.02.2023 issued by respondent No.1 addressed to the bankers of the petitioner i.e., respondents No.5, 6 and 7 provisionally attaching bank accounts of the petitioner under Section 83 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (briefly, ‘the CGST Act’ hereinafter). 3. On 13.03.2023 we had passed the following order: In the course of the argument, two things have transpired. Firstly, outstanding Goods and Services Tax (GST) of the petitioner allegedly not paid would be to the tune of Rs.8,42,00,000.00 as disclosed by the petitioner.
