ORDER PER HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SUJOY PAUL Sri M. Ramachandra Murthy, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and Sri Dominic Fernandes, learned Senior Standing Counsel for CBIC, appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 4. 2. With the consent, finally heard. 3. The show-cause notice, dated 22.12.2023, in exercise of power under Section 73 (1) of the Central Goods and Services Act, 2017 (for short “the Act”), was issued against the petitioner. The petitioner, in turn, filed his reply on 02.04.2024. Before that, the respondents issued notices for personal hearing for three dates viz:- 28.02.2024, 07.03.2024 and 19.03.2024. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner could not attend the personal hearing scheduled on 28.02.2024 and 07.03.2024. He could have attended the next hearing on 19.03.2024, but, the notices issued for that hearing on 13.03.2024 were served on 19.03.2024, the date on which personal hearing was fixed. Th....
