1. Rule made returnable forthwith. With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, heard finally. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court claiming that his arrest under the provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “the CGST Act”), is illegal as he has been kept in custody in a bailable offence. On this basis, the petitioner seeks a direction for his release forthwith. 3.
