P.C. 1. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Manish Salkar, learned Government Advocate for the State. 2. By instituting these proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner, which is a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, has assailed the validity of order dated 25/11/2022 whereby the GST registration of the Petitioner-Company under the Goa GST Act has been cancelled. 3. Impeaching the impugned order dated 25/11/2022, passed by the Assistant Tax Officer, Margao. It has been submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the said order does not give any reason whatsoever for cancellation of the GST registration of the Petitioner and hence is liable to be set aside. 4. The learned Government Advocate has attempted to justify the impugned order and has stated that the reply submitted by the Petitioner was examined by the Assistant Tax Officer before passing the impugned order and hence, there is no illegality t....
