ORDER 1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Chetan Pandya for the petitioner and learned AGP Mr. Pranav Trivedi for the respondents. 2. Learned advocate for the petitioner has referred the memo of the petition and thereafter submitted that the conveyance bearing registration No.RJ 14 GJ 9140 along with goods was intercepted by the respondent authority on 26.05.2023. Thereafter, the vehicle in question as well as goods came to be seized by the respondent authority. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner thereafter submitted that the petitioner raised preliminary objections against the same and requested the respondent authority for provisional release of the goods and the conveyance as provided in Section 67(6) of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. However, the respondent authority has not released the same. The petitioner has, therefore, preferred present petition. 4.
