ORDER

ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. Feeling aggrieved by the impugned order dated 15.09.2021 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in Criminal Misc.Bail Application No.10383 of 2021, the appellants have approached this Court by way of present appeal. 3. The High Court had enlarged the respondents on anticipatory bail on the following terms: “(i) The applicants shall make themselves available for Online interrogation by the proper officer as and when required; (ii) The applicants shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade from disclosing such facts to the Court or any officer; (iii) In case, the applicants fail to comply the conditions enumerated above or if any unforeseen circumstances arise, the Proper Officer would be at liberty to file appropriate application before this Court for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the applicants.&rdquo....
