1. Challenging the order dated August 7, 2024 passed by the Appellate Authority under Section 107 of the WBGST/CGST Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “said Act”) which stood dismissed by reasons of the same being manually filed, the instant writ petitioner has been filed. 2. To understand, the scope of the writ petition, it is necessary to understand the facts leading to filing of the writ petition. The petitioner is engaged in the business of manufacture and supply of cement and clinker. With effect from October 1, 2019 the petitioner had acquired the cement business of M/s.
