ORDER

ORDER 1 An application for vacating the stay having been filed, the Special Leave Petition has been listed for that purpose. In order to obviate two rounds of legal arguments, it would be appropriate to take up the Special Leave Petitions for hearing and final disposal. 2 Mr Balbir Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General states that he would prepare a compilation of documents containing all the relevant material on which either side seeks to place reliance to facilitate the final disposal. A compilation with a common index shall accordingly be filed within a period of three weeks from today. The contesting parties shall also file a brief note of written submissions within the aforesaid period. 3 List the Special Leave Petitions on 13 April 2021for final disposal. ....
