ORDER
1. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following reliefs: “(a) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue direction to Respondents to either open the portal so as to enable the Petitioner to file the TRAN-1 forms electronically, failing which the Department shall accept the manually TRAN-1 Form which had been filed with them and even is enclosed with this Writ as there were bonafide difficulties being faced by Petitioner.
