ORDER

ORDER Sri Ravi Raghavan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, is heard on grant of ad interim order. The petitioner has impugned Show Causes Notices dated 05.08.2023, 06.10.2023 and 27.09.2023 [Annexures-A.1, A.2 and B]. Sri Ravi Raghavan submits that in the circumstances of the case where the GST returns are filed after the orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court conclusively holding that the salaries and other expenses would attract the GST, three different authorities have issued the impugned notices reading the provisions of Section 16(4) of the CGST Act without considering such decision. In consideration thereof, the interim order is granted as prayed for until further orders. The respondents are at liberty to seek vacation of the interim order. Sri Vinay Venugopal, the learned CGC, is called upon to accept notice for the first respondent. Ms. Jyoti M.
