COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved and the relief sought in all these Writ Petitions are identical in nature, the same were heard together and disposed of vide this common order. 2.The present writ petitions are filed challenging the impugned orders passed by the respondents dated 24.08.2024 and 07.12.2024 relating to the assessment year 2019-20 on the ground that it suffers from non application of mind. 3. The petitioner is a Civil Work Contractor and is registered under GST Act 2017. During the relevant period 2019-20, the petitioner filed its returns and paid the appropriate taxes.
