ORDER

ORDER Per: Justice Vivek Rusia With the consent of parties, heard finally. The petitioner has filed the present under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to reimburse the extra GST amount paid @ 6% from 01.01.2022 to 30.09.2022 along with interest. 02. The petitioner is a Company / Proprietorship Firm engaged in the construction work. The petitioner has been awarded several works vide agreements executed with respondent No.2 which is a Public Enterprise and classified as Government Entities in the context of Goods & Service Tax Act (GST Act). The details of work awarded to the petitioner are mentioned in paragraph - 5.4 of the writ petition which read thus:- "The petitioner was awarded the work bearing Agreement No.27/2018-19 for Construction of 12 NGO and 48 Constable Qtrs., Rastamji Armed Police Training College (RAPTC), Indore and the work order bearing NIT No.02/2021-....
