COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved and the relief sought in both the Writ Petitions are identical in nature, the same were heard together and disposed of vide this common order. 2. Mr.V.Prashanth Kiran, learned Government Advocate (Taxes), takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. 3. By consent of the parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the time of admission stage itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the notices in Form DRC 01A dated 31.07.2023, Form DRC 01 dated 21.08.2023 raised on the petitioner through GST portal, as the petitioner was unaware of the said notices, he failed to respond the said show cause notices, which led to the passing of the impugned order dated 13.12.2023, without any reply from the petitioner.
