ORDER 1. The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- “(a) issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order, directing the Respondent to set aside his Order dated 27.04.2022 and defreeze the Petitioner's Bandhan Bank Account No. 10190000129251 at the earliest and” 2. First, that any order under Section 83 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereafter ‘the CGST Act’) cannot be operative beyond a period of one year as stipulated under Section 83(2) of the said Act. Second, that the order dated 27.04.2022 was not issued by the Commissioner, but by an officer of a lower rank.
