ORDER
JUDGMENT PER RAJA BASU CHOWDHURY, J: 1. Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed, inter alia, challenging the order dated 27th February, 2024, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 107 of the West Bengal/Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) had been rejected. 3. The petitioner claims to be the sole proprietor of M/s. Snehangi Traders, which is duly registered under the provisions of the said Act. 4. The petitioner contends that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the provisions of the said Act. Incidentally, on or about 8th June, 2023, the petitioner was served with a show cause notice under Section 73 of the said Act alleging short0payment/ non-payment of tax for tax period July, 2017 to March, 2018.
