ORDER Heard Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned Sr. SC-I for the respondent-State and Mr. Amit Kumar, learned Sr. SC for the respondent-CGST. 2.
