ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "Wherefore, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to:- a. Issue a Writ mandamus by setting aside the impugned order bearing No. ZD291123045437E dated 23.11.2023 passed by the Respondent No. 1.
