ORDER An order in original dated 15.09.2023 is assailed in this writ petition on the ground that the petitioner did not have a reasonable opportunity to contest the tax demand on merits. 2. The petitioner received show cause notice dated 13.02.2023 with regard to the mismatch between the petitioner's GSTR 3B returns and the auto-populated GSTR 2A. The petitioner replied there to on 24.03.2023. Upon consideration of the petitioner's reply, it is stated that the proceedings were dropped. Meanwhile, it is stated that another show cause notice dated 27.07.2023 was issued to the petitioner in respect of the mismatch between the petitioner's GSTR 9 return and the auto-populated GSTR 2A. On account of not being aware of the same, it is stated that the petitioner could not participate in proceedings culminating in the order impugned herein. 3.
