ORDER Both the petitions are identical and both are on the board today and in view of that, both the petitions have been heard together with consent of the parties. 2. Heard Mrs. Shilpi Sandil Gadodia, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P.A.S. Pati, learned counsel for opposite party no.2. Nobody appears on behalf of the State. 3. In Cr.M.P. No.2454 of 2019, the Director of M/s. SSK Devcon Private Limited, namely, Satyendra Singh Kushwah is the petitioner and in Cr.M.P. No.2449 of 2019, the said company is the petitioner. 4. In both the petitions, the prayer is made for quashing the entire criminal proceedings arising out of Complaint Case No.1880 of 2019, dated 15.04.2019 including the order taking cognizance dated 19.06.2019, whereby, the learned Court has been pleased to take cognizance under Section 174 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 5.
