P.C. : 1. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Respondents waives service. By consent of the parties heard finally. 2. By this petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the Petitioner has prayed for various reliefs but at the time of the hearing has pressed for only one prayer which reads thus : "(c).
