ORDER

After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Rastogi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client would cooperate with the respondents in response to the impugned summons annexed at pages 382 and 383 of the writ petition and will not seek any unnecessary adjournment. Statement is accepted. 2. It is made clear that if the respondents propose to take any coercive steps against the petitioner based on the documents that will be produced by the petitioner and the evidence that would be led by the petitioner, the respondents shall serve the petitioner with clear seven days prior notice before taking any coercive steps. 3. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open. 4. Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. ....
