ORDER I. A. No. 18754/2023 has been filed for withdrawal of this bail application filed u/s. 439 of Cr.P.C. on the ground that new circumstance of charge-sheet having been filed is available to petitioner, which according to petitioner indicates that default in regard to GST has been brought down to Rs. 5.6 crores from Rs. 11 crores.
