ORDER

1. Not on board. Taken on board. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset submits that the notice of the petition is served on the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Statement accepted. Despite notice none appears on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3. In the light of the above statement we issue notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2. Notice is made returnable on 18.04.2019. The petitioner is at liberty to serve respondent Nos.1 and 2 by private service. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for adinterim relief. We also noted that the issue raised in the petition is also raised in several other petitions pending in this Court and which matters we have kept for hearing on 18.04.2019. In the light of the said, we direct the respondents that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till the next date. We however, direct the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation of the subject case. ....
