ORDER HON'BLE SHEKHAR B. SARAF, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bipin Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner has assailed the order dated January 15, 2018 passed by respondent no.3/Assistant Commissioner, Commercial Tax, (Mobile Squad), Unit-II, Chandauli as well as the order dated March 27, 2019 passed by the respondent No.2/Additional Commissioner, Grade-2 (Appeal)-I, State Tax, Zone-I, Varanasi. 3. The first impugned order dated January 15, 2018 was passed under Section 129(3) of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') and the second impugned order was passed in appeal. 4.
