ORDER This matter is taken up by hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer: “Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is, there fore, the petitioner most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to: (i) setting aside the bank attachment order dated 28.03.2024 issued by the opposite party No.2 at Annexure-1; (ii) pass an writ order directing the opposite party No.2 to pass fresh order by affording effective opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
