ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs: a. Issue a Writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction quashing the Order bearing reference No. ZA290922067878N dated 07/09/2022 issued by the Respondent No. 1 in exercise of authority vested in Rule 86B r.w.
