ORDER Heard Mr. T.K. Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Karnajit De, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents-State. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court for quashing of the impugned order dated 16.03.2023 [Annexure-15], passed by the respondent No.3-Additional Commissioner of State Tax (Appellate Authority), on the ground that the same has been passed in violation of principles of natural justice. By order dated 16.03.2023, the appellate authority has rejected the Appeal Case No.33/Ch-UDP/2022. Petitioner has also sought quashing of the adjudication order dated 18.11.2021 passed by the respondent No.4-Superintendent of State Tax, Charge-Udaipur, Government of Tripura under Section 74 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 [hereinafter referred to as “Act of 2017”], confirming the demand raised in the show cause notice and holding the petitioner liable to pay the tax amount of Rs. 11,88,811.00 along with penalt....
