ORDER

ORDER P.C. Mr. Rastogi, learned counsel for the Petitioners has drawn our attention to an order dated 3rd July, 2023 passed by this Bench in the case of Connect Residuary Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Union of India & Ors. in Writ Petition No.2762 of 2021 along with Writ Petition No.962 of 2020. He would submit that the present proceedings can be conveniently disposed of in terms of the said order. 2. We, accordingly, dispose of this petition in terms of our order dated 3rd July 2023 in the case of Connect Residuary Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Union of India & Ors. (supra) except paragraph 6 of the said order. For ready reference our order in Connect Residuary Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Union of India & Ors. (supra) reads thus:- “1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties on both the petitions. Writ Petition No. 962 of 2020 is not on board, however, being a connected matter, the same is taken on board on an application as moved on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The substantive prayer....
