ORAL ORDER (PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BHARGAV D. KARIA) 1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Mohit R. Balani for the petitioners and learned advocate Ms. Hetal G. Patel for the respondents. 2.
