ORDER The present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 22.12.2023, passed by the respondent in GSTIN:33AACPP7187P1Z0/2017-18 on the premise that the same is made in violation of principles of natural justice. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is engaged in the business of retailing of Industrial Hardware and is registered under the GST Act. During the relevant period of 2017-18, the petitioner has filed the returns and paid appropriate taxes. On scrutiny of the returns, it was found that the petitioner had claimed and availed ineligible Input tax credit under GSTR TRAN-I. 3.
