ORAL JUDGMENT   (PER M.S. SONAK J.) :- 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Rule. The Rule is made returnable immediately at the request of land with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. The challenge in this petition is to the impugned order dated 30 April 2024, which rejected the petitioner’s application for a refund. 4. Mr Shroff submits that though this order is appealable, this is a case of breach of natural justice. He submitted that even if the violation of natural justice is not considered for a moment, still, a case of remand is made out. He submits that the appeal is rejected due to some alleged procedural deficiencies. But no deficiency memo was ever given, and the Petitioner was denied the opportunity of refiling the appeal after clearing the shortcoming.
