ORAL ORDER 1. The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with arrest memo dated 18.3.2019 and F.No.DGCEI/AZU/12(4)73/2018-19 issued under Section 69 of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. 2.
