ORDER This matter has been adjourned on 16.8.22 for the State to seek instructions as to whether this case can be disposed of in terms of the verdict of the Apex Court in the case of Union of India Vs. Filco Trade Centre Pvt. Ltd. & Another decided on 22.7.2022 by which the Apex Court had directed opening of common portal for filing forms for availing transitional credit through Tran 1 and Tran 2. The portal is directed to be opened by the Apex Court from 1.9.2022 to 31.10.2022. State Counsel after seeking instructions submits that the present case can be disposed of in terms of the direction of the Apex Court. Counsel for the petitioner gives up the prayer contained in Paragraph 7(1) and 7(2) and merely presses only for the prayer contained in para 7(3) of the writ petition. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to avail the remedy of filing forms availing transitional credit through Tran-1 and Tran-2 during the window opened by the Apex Court from 1.9.2....
