ORDER

This intra Court appeal by the appellants is directed against the order dated 2nd May 2022 in W.P.A. 7405 of 2022. The appellants are aggrieved by the order passed by the Writ Court in not granting interim orders till the writ petition is heard. The learned Government advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that this intra Court appeal is not maintainable under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent Act and in this regard, the learned government advocate seeks to place reliance on the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Shyam SHEL & Power Ltd. & Anr. –vs- Shyam Steel Industries Ltd. in Civil Appeal No. 1984 of 2022 arising out of SLP (C) No. 4080 of 2022. In our considered view, since the issue lies in a narrow canvas, we are of the view that the writ petition itself can be disposed of.
