ORDER The present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the respondent in Ref.No:ZD330424207396K, dated 26.04.2024 for the assessment year 2018-19, on the premise that the same is made in violation of principles of natural justice. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of fibers and pulses and registered under the GST Act. During the relevant period of 201819, the petitioner has filed the returns and paid appropriate taxes. However, on verification of the returns the following mismatch were noticed: a) Mismatch between GSTR 3B and GSTR 9 b) Mismatch between GSTR-3B and GSTR-2A. 3. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that an intimation in DRC-01 dated 28.12.2023 was issued followed by a reminder dated 05.04.2024.
