PC:- 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks the following substantive reliefs in this petition:- “a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to declare that an Input service distributor is entitled to transition the credit from the past indirect tax regime to the GST Regime under Section 140 of the CGST Act; b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Issue a Writ of Certiorari, or a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to set aside the impugned communications dated 03.06.2020 and 09.06.2020 issued by Respondent Nos. 2 & 3, inasmuch the same is contrary to the provisions of Section 140 of 'CGST Act', c) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Issue a Writ of mandamus, or a Writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondents, their servants, agents or representatives to (a) prescribe mechanism to effectively distribute ISD credit reflecting in the ECL of the Petitioner, which is transitioned from the erstwhile regime; an....
