ORDER

ORDER PER: JUSTICE SUSHRUT ARVIND DHARMADHIKARI With the consent of parties, heard finally. The petitioner has filed the present under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to reimburse the extra GST amount paid @ 6% from 01.01.2022 to 24.01.2022. 02. The petitioner is a partnership firm registered under the provisions of Indian Partnership Act. The petitioner deals with various types of construction of civil structures. The respondents awarded a work of 8 GOS 24 NGO and 96 Constable Quarters DRP Line Dhar. For the said work respondents issued work order on 28.09.2018 and the work was executed. The petitioner being the assessee under the GST Act, 2017 has been paying the applicable GST on the payments received from the executed work by the respondents. The work/activity was subjected to GST @ 18% vide notification No.24/2017 CT (R) dated 21.09.2017 and from 30.10.2017 the GST levied....
