ORDER Mr. Gurumoorthy, learned Senior Panel Counsel accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to enable a final disposal of the matter at this juncture. 2.The petitioner challenges an order dated 14.09.2022 cancelling the registration under the provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (in short 'Act'). The petitioner had, in fact, approached the appellate authority challenging the order of restoration claiming to have complied with the statutory conditions prescribed for that purpose, being filing of returns upto date of filing of appeal and settlement of all tax arrears till that time. 3.However, since the appeal was admittedly filed with a delay of 57 days and being cognizant of the position that there is no provision for condonation of delay beyond the period of 120 days (90+30), the petitioner had, withdrawn that appeal and has preferred to approach this Court by way of the present writ petition. 4.This writ petit....
