In the wake of the Pandemic Covid-19, the case was taken up through Video Conferencing. 2. The petitioner being in custody in 2(C).C.C. No.170 of 2018, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Panposh, Rourkela, has filed this petition for his release on bail.
