O R D E R The present petition has been filed by the petitioner/ accused No.2 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. to release her on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest in O.R.No.32/2018-19 registered by the Commissioner of Central Tax, Bengaluru South Commissionerate, Bengaluru. 2. This case is taken out of turn at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused on the ground that the daughter of the petitioner/accused is intending to appear for NEET exam and the petitioner has to take her daughter to the tuition classes.
