ORAL JUDGMENT (PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIPUL M. PANCHOLI) Leave to amend the prayer clause by amending one of the numbers of the impugned order is allowed. Learned advocate for the petitioner to carry out the same forthwith. 1.
