ORAL ORDER 1. This application is filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for regular bail in connection with FIR registered as C.R. No.II-92/2019 with Mansa Police Station, District Gandhinagar for the offence punishable under Sections 174 and 175 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 132(1)(b) of the GST Act. 2.
