ORDER Heard learned advocate Mr. Uchit Sheth for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Raj Tanna for the respondent State. 2. In this Special Civil Application, amongst other reliefs, the prayer essentially made is to direct the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Unit 94, Gondal, Rajkot to pass rectification order under section 161 of the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 with reference to adjudication order dated 3.3.2022 under section 74 of the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 in respect of the Assessment Year 2018-2019. 2.1 The petitioner has also payed to set aside order dated 3.3.2022 to further pray to remand the case to the adjudicating authority. It appears that the order of provisionally attaching the bank account is also passed, which is also prayed to be set aside.
