ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “(A) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other Writ or Order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order in No.71 (State)/2024-25, dated 06.06.2024, passed by the respondent-4, vide ANNEXURE-A.
