ORDER

JUDGMENT Petitioner is a company against whom a show cause notice was issued on 24.07.2024 under Section 74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The said show cause notice is a composite notice for the years 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23. Pursuant to the said show cause notice, which is produced as Exhibit-P1, a reply notice dated 03.09.2024 was filed by the petitioner, wherein an opportunity of hearing and cross-examination was sought for. Petitioner challenges the show cause notice and also seeks for a direction to pass separate orders for each financial year pursuant to Exhibit-P1 show cause notice. Petitioner also seeks for a direction to grant sufficient time to furnish a reply for the financial years 2018-19 to 2023-24 and grant an opportunity of personal hearing. 2. I have heard Smt.
