ORDER

ORDER Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and having regard to the nature of confiscated goods and bearing in mind the perishable nature of the same, the petitioners are permitted to move the High Court for expeditious interim relief in the matter. 2. It is needless to observe that if the petitioners request for urgent interim relief, the High Court would consider the same in accordance with law and having regard to the nature of the goods, which are confiscated. 3. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to move the High Court even on 25.09.2023, if so advised. 4. The Special Leave Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
